| New Glasses |
She is the one on the left, she drew this picture the day we picked up her new glasses. The glasses are purple and the case is blue...this is significant because she definitely didn't want PINK.
She has drawn me wearing a blue and green top I wear when I am teaching dance.
I was so glad to see this picture. I was concerned how she would feel about having to wear glasses. The happy people in this picture reassured me that she has just taken it in her stride.
She is such a little cutie.
You can definitely be reassured my the smiles in the picture. I love the psychology of how kid's draw themselves and family in pictures (where they place people, how big they are, whether they are smiling). It tells you so much. Mia's pictures have always been very insightful about our family!! If she's drawn herself happy it's because she is. I love how she has drawn herself almost the same height as you and with the same long hair and style.....does that mean she sees herself as being like you? or wants to be like you? Lovely xx
